ONETHREE STJTS!
Date: 27th February 2009 (Friday!)
Venue: Pasir ris park pit 21!
Time: 6pm onwards ('08s to reach around 5+ to set up the fire)
Important note:
1. REVELATION OF ANGEL MORTAL!
- '08s to get a gift/card for your '09 angel and mortal.
- hopefully '09s will do so too.
* '08s to get something for your '07 angel! :D (hope y'all have contacted your seniors!)
2. Bring your cameras, games, mole rats and what not.
Food:
(We are ordering these from the BBQ WHOLESALE CENTRE, certified halal {: ) = $119.50 planned to spend for catered food so far!
- cooked otahs (x100)
- cooked satays chicken-flavoured and sauce (x150)
- buffalo wings (haha i think they mean 'chicken') (x90)
(We are bringing these)
- charcoal (x1packet): sakif & aishah
- fish balls (x60): valerie
- angmoh carrot cake: annabel
- scones: melissa
- vegetarian foodstuff: melissa
- pastry e.g. muffins, cupcakes, cookies: rachelle
- noodles/ mee goreng/ beehoon: aishah (enough for 30+ 40 ppl)
- lighter: ZY [lets hope the power of PONYO reminds him to bring]
- cooler for drinks: vivian and maybe rachelle
- trash bags: from school (?)
- marshmellows: aishah
- brushes : vivian
- fire starter: aishah
- wiremesh: aishah
- tongs: aishah & vivian
- disposable utensils : mark sakif & charissa
things that me and pang will be buying:
- drinks (xALOTALOTALOT)
- honey/ butter
- disposable forks
- frozen nuggets
- frozen sausages
